Cancellation

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice, If you do not give us 48 hours notice you will loose your deposit and have to pay another before re-booking.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for any booking, or gift vouchers.

Studio Policy

Sedona Permanent Jewellery is appointment only - please do not arrive without a confirmed booking. When you attend your appointment we ask you arrive on time.

If you are getting welded with a friend please make sure you have booked enough time, If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled - Please let us know if you are running late.

Parking

Cheltenham Location:
Parking is free all around the building, our clients do not need a permit.
